Terms of service

Customer terms for booking through CrownBooked.

These terms explain the working rules for customers using CrownBooked to discover providers, request appointments, pay deposits or fees, and resolve booking issues. They are an operational policy draft and should be reviewed by counsel before broad public rollout.

Platform role

CrownBooked helps customers discover providers, request appointments, manage booking details, and support payment workflows. Providers deliver the underlying grooming services, not CrownBooked.

Customer accounts

Customers are responsible for accurate contact information, respectful communication, timely arrival, and following provider-specific policies shown during booking or confirmed by the provider.

Booking requests

A booking is not guaranteed until the appointment is accepted or confirmed through the platform workflow. Provider availability, pricing, services, and policies may change before confirmation.

Payments

Payments, deposits, fees, and refunds may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Payment processor terms apply in addition to CrownBooked policies.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation windows, no-show handling, deposits, partial refunds, and provider cancellations are governed by the booking details, provider policy, and CrownBooked refund policy.

Reviews and conduct

Customers and providers must not post abusive, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful content. CrownBooked may moderate, remove, or restrict accounts that violate platform rules.

Important limits

  • - CrownBooked does not guarantee provider availability, service quality, licensing status, outcomes, or suitability.
  • - Customers are responsible for deciding whether a provider is appropriate for their needs before booking.
  • - Providers are responsible for the services they offer, the prices they publish, and the customer experience they deliver.
  • - CrownBooked may suspend bookings, payments, accounts, or listings for suspected fraud, safety issues, payment disputes, policy violations, or legal risk.
  • - Chargebacks, failed payments, refunds, and platform abuse may result in booking cancellation, account restriction, or evidence submission to the payment processor.
